Is there a Mai Suya APK or a Mai Suya Android app?
There is no Mai Suya APK. There is no store version either: Mai Suya is not on the App Store or on Google Play, and there is no installer for Windows or Mac. The game is a web page that opens in the browser you already have, on a phone, tablet or computer.
That also means there is nothing to update. Every time you open the page you play the current version, and your stall is kept in the browser as you play.

How do I add Mai Suya to my Android phone?
Use Chrome. The Home screen icon opens the same site, so it works like a bookmark with an icon.
Open the game in Chrome
Open the menu
Tap the three-dot menu ⋮ at the top right of Chrome.
Choose Add to Home screen
Tap “Add to Home screen”. If Chrome offers “Install app” or “Create shortcut” instead, either one puts the same icon on your Home screen.
Check the name and tap Add
The name reads Mai Suya. Tap Add, then open the game from the new icon.

Yes, in Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari. Open the Play page and, if you like, bookmark it. The game uses a wide layout on a big window and has a key for every grill action. The play on PC page lists the keys.
What does the Home Screen shortcut do, and what does it not?
It opens the game from an icon, in its own window without the browser bar. Even when Chrome calls it “Install app”, nothing is downloaded: it does not back up your stall, and it does not let you play without a connection: the game needs the internet to open, and there is no offline mode.

You are probably not in Safari on iPhone or Chrome on Android. A browser inside another app, such as the one that opens when you tap a link in a chat, often leaves the option out. Open the page in Safari or Chrome instead; the wording can differ between versions.
Can I trust a Mai Suya APK I find elsewhere?
