Is it a beef suya game or a chicken suya game?
Both, from the first night: beef and chicken are on the tray from the start, and liver, gizzard, kidney, ram, beef cut, fish and shrimp follow, all open by day 7. In Agege a beef skewer sells for ₦300 and a chicken one for ₦240; chicken is quicker on the grill, so it suits a long queue.
Which meats can I grill?
Nine meats, all open by day 7. The prices below are Agege’s; other places pay more (see the table after the meats). Cook times are on medium heat with a neat flip.
